Watch police state exposè ‘Homeland USA’

PoliceThink the United States of America can never become a police state? Watch “Homeland USA” for some provocative footage about the US Department of Homeland Security‘s excesses and abuses of our freedoms:

If your senator doesn’t sound like this, you need a new senator

Vicki MarbleColorado Democrats have proposed one bill after another to restrict citizens’ rights to keep and bear arms. Watch Republican Senator Vicki Marble stand firm against the tyranny of gun grabbers, demanding that “the demonizing of law-abiding citizens has to stop.”

Obama – ‘I am not a dictator’

Barack Hussein Obama IIBarack Hussein Obama has mused several times recently that he is not a dictator or emperor. He’s just the lowly, powerless President of the United States of America, so he just can’t do what he really wants to do.

Obama has also expressed his personal frustrations about how the Founders put significant obstacles in place to prevent dictator wannabes like himself from enacting their tyranny.

Obama’s pattern seems to be governing by Executive Order. On January 16, 2013 alone, he signed 23 different Executive Orders, each one in violation of the Second Amendment to the US Constitution (part of the Bill of Rights). This is evidenced by his oft-repeated philosophy, “If Congress won’t act on [name the issue], I will.” Despite this being a blatantly unConstitutional approach, Obama continues to operate in this manner.

In the 224 years since George Washington was inaugurated, US Presidents have issued 1,044 Executive Orders. During 133 years of our nations’ history, no Executive Orders were issued. Since taking office on January 20, 2009, Obama has amassed an impressive portfolio of governing by edict:

  • Obama has signed nearly 1,000 Executive Orders
  • Obama has signed an average of one Executive Order every other day of his Presidency
  • Obama has issued nearly 90% of all Executive Orders issued by US Presidents since 1791
  • Obama has issued 15 times more Executive Orders than George W. Bush, his closest competitor
  • Obama issues Executive Orders at a pace 185 times greater than Franklin D. Roosevelt, who was in office during most of World War II

You decide: Who is the President behaving most like a dictator?

‘Un-Constitutional laws aren’t laws’

Joshua BostonWatch as former U.S. Marine Joshua Boston, who served eight years in Afghanistan, calmly explains Second Amendment rights to smug CNN newsreader Randi Kaye, who apparently hasn’t read our Constitution or the Bill of Rights:

Radical leftist democrat Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) has introduced proposed legislation to ban 120 specific weapons, guns that have any military characteristic, and many semi-automatic rifles and handguns.

Boston originally posted his letter on CNN’s iReport on December 27, 2012 in response to Feinstein’s calculated attack on the Second Amendment:

Senator Dianne Feinstein,

I will not register my weapons should this bill be passed, as I do not believe it is the government’s right to know what I own. Nor do I think it prudent to tell you what I own so that it may be taken from me by a group of people who enjoy armed protection yet decry me having the same a crime. You ma’am have overstepped a line that is not your domain. I am a Marine Corps Veteran of 8 years, and I will not have some woman who proclaims the evil of an inanimate object, yet carries one, tell me I may not have one.

I am not your subject. I am the man who keeps you free. I am not your servant. I am the person whom you serve. I am not your peasant. I am the flesh and blood of America.
I am the man who fought for my country. I am the man who learned. I am an American. You will not tell me that I must register my semi-automatic AR-15 because of the actions of some evil man.

I will not be disarmed to suit the fear that has been established by the media and your misinformation campaign against the American public.

We, the people, deserve better than you.

Respectfully submitted,

Joshua Boston
Cpl, United States Marine Corps 2004-2012

Boston is correct: We are not subjects, we are free citizens. We are not servants of elected officials. We are not peasants. And we, the American people, deserve much better than the likes of Dianne Feinstein.
