Former Miss USA accuses TSA of sexual assault

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) continues to violate the Fourth Amendment rights of US citizens who travel through airports. The Constitutional language is quite plain:

Amendment 4 – Search and Seizure. The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. (emphasis added)

Simple translation: The TSA has no Constitutional or legal basis for searching you at the airport, unless they have probable cause to believe you present a danger to air travel safety.

Former Miss USA Susie Castillo has posted a personal testimony of her unfortunate experience with TSA in the DFW Dallas, Texas airport:

Don’t you feel safer? We all know that this is nothing more than security theater. Patting down grandmothers, former beauty pageant winners and little kids – to the point of sexual abuse – is NOT a deterrent to jihad Muslim terrorists.

Have you contacted your US Senators and Representative to ask why this is happening to us? Legislators in Texas understand this issue, and are now debating a proposal that would make “enhanced pat-downs” a felony in their state.
